Kitchen Retrofit: Electricity-to-gas conversion with 2 x CM101 combi gas ovens, griddle frytops, oven plates, and new gas cage.
Elevator Optimization: Full hoisting mechanism/motor replacement with VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) drives for energy savings.
